True confession, I put recipes up on this page because often I can’t find them in my files. The benefit is that others can access them as well. This is a recipe my daughter gave me and it is grain free. I sprinkle it over fruit and yogurt. She will add liquid and cook it like hot oatmeal. Either way, enjoy!

3 cups shredded dessicated coconut (the final doesn’t taste like coconut)

2 cups almond meal

1 cup chia seed

2 Tablespoons cinnamon

2 Tablespoons nutmeg

1 1/2 Tablespoons cardamom (ground)

1 Tablespoon sea salt

Just mix together. I put it in a bag and keep it refrigerated. The last batch lasted me almost a year.
