Brussels Sprout Salad with Pomegranate and Candied Pecans
This is my new favorite holiday recipe. It’s beautiful and it works for the vegetarians in the crowd.
It’s a fairly lengthy recipe so I’m going to be lazy and just give the link.
I couldn’t find Brussels sprouts already shaved so I did my own with a slicing tool on my food processor. It was kind of therapeutic to slash a sprout – I’m a vegetable killer! The shaved sprouts lasted a long while in my refrigerator.
You really can’t taste the Brussels sprouts so you might even be able to fool an avowed sprouts hater!
